Hula Hula Resort and Spa

The room was perfect, just the toilet need to do a deep clean. The staffs were friendly & great hospitality. Easy acces to everywhere. Breakfast was okay; not varieties but the taste was okay. Nothing much to expect. We just love & enjoy staying here. If you're interested in doing activities & looking for an agent or rent a bike, there's a tour information kiosk in front of the hotel. Oh, and it's a Muslim friendly hotel, for sure.

It's a lovely resort in Krabi and is especially suited for couples looking for a romantic getaway. You can choose between suite and private cottages here. The pool is really awesome and definitely bring your swimwear along with you. The only issue with the place is that there are a few rooms with the bathroom doors missing. Else it's a stay worth your money.

We have been in the hotel for nearly 7 days and I can say that the rooms are lovely although the bath and shower is old because you can see the usage of it as there are parts that just won’t get cleaned anymore but it is nice to have two options in one room. The beds are really comfortable. The swimming pool is great and spacious although there is never anyone at the swimming pool bar which is quite annoying because that’s what it is there for😬. Some staff are really lovely that you enjoy talking to them but some it looks like they are not happy with their job. The hotel is based quite far from the beach and the markets but if you like walking then it is not a problem plus there is a shuttle that leaves the hotel every two hours and it is for free so that makes it easier. The only two things that really disappointed us was breakfast and the bad Wi Fi connection. We have stayed in many hotels before, but first time I have seen where for breakfast you have chicken, rice , heavy food. The only food they have is eggs and toasts. The eggs are horrible, they are not even cooked properly. I personally would not give a 4 stars for breakfast. The staff that work at the restaurant most of them are unfriendly. You can’t finish your breakfast at your pace, they come to the table to say you have got 10 minutes left to eat. I understand that breakfast finishes at 10am but it is okay to take the food away but not tell guests that they have 10 minutes to leave the restaurant😅. I recommend to book your stay at the hotel but no breakfast unless you are someone that likes very heavy food on an empty stomach. It’s much better to go out and have something to eat where you will have more choices to choose from like pancakes, bacon, eggs proper breakfast😊. I feel like for that money what we spent for the nights was worth it but I wish we didn’t pay more to have breakfast.

The review will be lengthy, so summarizing the title: A property not recommended for a stay, capable of ruining your trip by 100%. This marked my fourth visit to Thailand, planning a 25-day family tour, with 3 days allocated to Krabi at Hula Hula. Unfortunately, it turned out to be the most disastrous segment of the entire trip. - The room's air-conditioner continuously dripped water; despite two technician visits, the issue persisted. The manager's advice was to keep the AC temperature above 21 🤣! It's absurd to instruct guests on their AC preferences. The problem persisted until checkout, and no alternative room was offered. - WiFi didn't function in the room throughout my stay. The manager repeatedly apologized, but it disrupted my conference/work calls. - The shuttle service was consistently late, and on two occasions, they didn't show up, providing false explanations. This was unexpected and frustrating. - The shuttle driver displayed initial rudeness, even mimicking. I had to contact the manager immediately to emphasize the necessary hospitality training for the staff. - The PoolBar was practically deserted, with no one available to serve. Food items weren't delivered as well. - Housekeeping never proactively cleaned the room; daily requests were necessary between 11 AM and 4 PM. Extra pillows or blankets incurred additional charges. When I checked in my room at 2.30, pile of stinky clothes were lying outside my room as well and in lobby. All pictures attached. In summary, it was a horrifying experience. I won't stay again and strongly advise against it unless you wish to spoil your trip. Numerous other properties on the same street or across the hotel exhibit proper etiquette. Manager/Staff couldn’t resolve or wanted to resolve any of the mentioned issues and happily ruined 3 days of my holiday / work.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. The staff was consistently rude and unhelpful, which made my stay quite uncomfortable. Additionally, I was surprised to find that the hotel did not provide any cutlery or water in the room, and instead charged for every little thing. This felt quite inconvenient and added unnecessary costs to my stay. Furthermore, it was disheartening to notice that the hotel seemed to have a negative attitude towards Indian guests. As an Indian myself, I believe it is important to promote inclusivity and respect for all guests, regardless of their background. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel due to the poor customer service, lack of basic amenities, and the apparent bias towards certain guests. I hope this review helps others make an informed decision when choosing their accommodation

This resort is located about a km away from the Aonang beach in Krabi. The rooms are very comfortable and offer a great view. Their staff were diligent. There are free shuttles from the resort to nearby attractions and golf courses. Their inhouse restaurant has one of the best brunch buffets. They start their buffet at 6:30 am which is perfect for early flight travellers or folks going for day trips to islands. It's accessible to bike rentals, tour operators and great restaurants. Definitely would revisit again.

Very unprofessional and weirdly rude staff (not sure if they are racist or doing the same with everyone).it will be a long one if I explain in detail, this is my life's worst resort so far. The gym equipment are broken but overall property is good. I do not recommend this place, there are many better options , book only if this is the last option.
